Power, Excitement, Focus, Ambition, Inspiration, Drive.
These are all feelings we experience when we consciously make the decision to change our bodies & health.
Self-Deprivation, Over-thinking, I’m not good enough, I’m going to Fail, It’s too hard.
These are thoughts most of us experience when we are two to four weeks into our transitional journey. Most of the time we wave the white flag, go eat at a buffet or pull up at Whataburger ordering the number 5 with extra cheese and a large coke. And so the cycle restarts.
If you are reading this, it is because you have experienced a version of the above story in some shape or form. You see, we are taught at a very early age that Diet + Exercise = Weight loss. While that is very true, a pivotal element is missing for those of us who struggle to lose the weight & keep it off. That pivotal element is MINDSET/EMOTIONS. We got to this place for a reason. What you are currently doing is providing you the results you are in right now. So how can you change your Mindset to get the results you desire?
In this workshop you will gain valuable tools that you can utilize to jump start and keep the trajectory you are on. Here is what we will work on:
The science behind weight loss:
Hormones & how it affects weight gain & weight loss
Our Conscious/Subconscious & how they work together/against each other (Cognitive Dissonance).
Learning tools to accept the past to create the future.
Creating an action plan (If –Than scenarios with tools learned throughout the workshop).
