week 1: There are no limitations
In this 4 week study we are going to go over:
Educate you on how to make & meet your goals.
Help you understand why we set limitations on ourselves.
Coach you to set healthy and appropriate boundaries.
And lastly, how to fall madly & deeply in love with who you are NOW. That's right, NOW, not the future you. This is a key element to losing the weight and keeping it off!
Here is what I am NOT going to do: I am not going to tell you what diet to choose, advise you on types of exercise, I am NOT a fitness trainer and I am not going to sell you product or give you advice on your personal life or situations. Now that is out of the way, let's begin!
What We All Know About Losing Weight
Science has showed us that losing weight is a combination of Diet & Good ol' Exercise. Which is very true. If we follow these things faithfully we will lose weight. BUT! Whats the key to keeping it off? Connecting the mind and the body to work towards a goal. In slide 3 we will go over this in more detail, but for the purposes of right now, let's just say that if you don't love who you are and who your going to become, it's highly likely that these life changes you are wanting to make won't stick around for long. We as humans are very good at self sabotaging because we don't feel like we are good enough to have what we really want. THESES THOUGHTS ARE LIES! So Let's spend some time going over the basics. DIET. I am a firm believer in selecting a diet around the foods you crave the most. I was horribly addicted to sugar and needed to detox and stop the craving madness. I chose a very limited diet that got me over the addiction quickly and told me EXACTLY what I can eat. This gave me literally NO wiggle room and that is what I needed. Spend time researching different diets, if you have a medical condition please consult with your physician before starting something new.
