Yes... You're Meant to be Here.

It isn't a coincidence. You found this program because you really need it. Just like I really needed it. You have a lot on your plate, and you have disconnected from who you really are to service the needs of your family and the demands of your life. I am here to tell you that there is a better way: life on your terms. My tools can be applied to fit your lifestyle so you can become the woman of your dreams. All I need is your commitment to do the work, while I am standing by your side telling you, "You Can."

Sanity Blueprint

I have designed a 90 day program where I am working with you each week on a new tool and how to apply it in your life. We will have one follow up easy text session a week, as well as address any issues you will face along the way. 

We will work on 9 tools throughout the process and by the end of the program, we will have a closing session looking back at the growth you have made and provide a strategy going forward. After the program is completed we can schedule individual follow up sessions for maintenance.

The NINE Tools:












We go through the majority of our lives on autopilot. We have so many routines that just don't serve us, but yet we keep doing it out of habit. By the end of this week, you'll have learned and mastered the tool to dissect negative thoughts and habits, stop with routines that are not serving your life. In turn, create new positive, meaningful affirmations with fulfilling and productive habits and routines.


Have you ever noticed that when you're dealing with a difficult situation it's hard to see anything outside of it, and perhaps all you can see is your point of view? In this week I teach you how to look at situations from different vantage points so that you have the capability to asses the situation with a broader view. Getting perspective is such a valuable tool to have throughout your life and within this week you will gain all of the knowledge to really master this invaluable tool. 


We use negative words almost on a daily basis! From: "I Can't Even" to "I Have So Much To Do." These phrases or those like it, create a limiting belief about who we are and what we are capable of. So, during week 1, I will give you mini homework to get ready for this week. We're going to take a look at the phrases you use on a daily basis that create such limiting beliefs and learn to replace them with valuable self affirming vocabulary that is empowering!


"Our Past Defines Us" ...said someone at some point. What we don't realize is that our past can hold us back from greatness. So in this segment, we will spend two weeks sifting through some of your past, that is holding you back from your version of greatness, and re-write your history as a lesson. These lessons will guide your life going forward. This segment should never be attempted alone, and should always be with a professional.


In this week, we will sift through what your versions of self care actually are. Here's a hint, it's never really what you think works for you.  We are going to discover at least 3 things that you should be doing on a daily basis to keep your battery operating at full capacity.


Yes. I just dropped the B word. In this segment, we are going through areas of your life that feel chaotic and establish some boundaries that must be set in order to find balance in your life. This week will have two follow up 30 minute calls, because learning a new routine can be jarring. 


This week is an exciting one! Have you asked yourself the question of purpose? What are you meant to do with the time you have? Are you on the right path? This HUGE question is going to be answered and it's my favorite part of the process. By the end of the session I can see my clients glow and breathe easier, all because they have a greater understanding of who they are.


Did you know that there is a specific way to set a goal that has a higher success rate? Too often we just dream big, but that seems so un-attainable, we ultimately give up. I am going to teach you how to set your goals so that they feel reachable, do-able, and crush-able. This is a two week segment since practice makes perfect!


A big part of transforming you're life is re-connection with self, community, and sometimes even nature. So this week we will go over whatever has been holding you back. Social Anxiety, Time, Commitment follow through, and anything else. Our energy is meant to be shared among people, and keeping it to yourself leads to depression and sometimes physical illness. Even if your an introvert, you still need a small amount of human interaction. We are going to find the right dosage for you.


You made it! You did the work, you're seeing results and you feel so different! We're going to look back at our journey, and come up with an ongoing strategy, so that you will only need maintenance and readjustment every three months or so.
